01主旨 Purpose

為均衡台灣職業籃球大聯盟各球團實力，促進良性競爭，進而達到培育人才目標，將依據本選秀辦法辦理本次選秀會。
In order to balance the competitive strength among all member teams of the Taiwan Professional Basketball League (TPBL), promote healthy competition, and achieve the goal of developing basketball talent, the Draft shall be conducted in accordance with these Regulations.

02依據 Legal Basis

依中華民國籃球協會2021年7月5日頒布的選秀指引為選秀辦法之基礎。
These Regulations are based on the Draft Guidelines issued by the Chinese Taipei Basketball Association (CTBA) on July 5, 2021.

03選秀會日期 Draft Date

2026年7月16日（四）17:00
Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM

04選秀會地點 Draft Venue

以聯盟信件回函為主
The venue shall be confirmed and communicated via official League correspondence.

05參加選秀會球員資格 Player Eligibility

應於2026年12月31日（含）以前年滿19歲；若註冊於UBA大專籃球聯賽之在學學生，應於2026年8月31日（含）以前年滿21歲或須具備完成大學三年級（含）以上之學業者。
A player must have reached the age of 19 on or before December 31, 2026. For players currently participating in the University Basketball Association (UBA) — Taiwan's collegiate basketball league — the age requirement is 21 on or before August 31, 2026, or completion of at least three years of undergraduate study.

參與本次選秀會球員需有以下參賽經驗之一或取得推薦函者：
In addition, all draft-eligible players must satisfy at least one of the following conditions or provide a letter of recommendation:

1. 曾參加HBL高中甲級籃球聯賽預賽者;
   Has competed in the High School Basketball League (HBL) Division A preliminary rounds;
2. 曾參加UBA大專籃球聯賽公開一級者;
   Has competed in the UBA Division I;
3. 曾參加UBA大專籃球聯賽公開二級者，須檢附其指導教練之推薦函;
   Has competed in the UBA Division II, accompanied by a letter of recommendation from the player's head coach;
4. 曾參加其他國家同等級別學生籃球聯賽者，須檢附相關資料並由本聯盟認定核可;
   Has competed in a student basketball league of equivalent level in another country, subject to submission of relevant documentation and approval by TPBL;
5. 由台灣職業籃球大聯盟所屬球團推薦者，須檢附相關資料並由本聯盟認定核可。
   Has been nominated by a TPBL member team, subject to submission of relevant documentation and approval by TPBL.

06報名方式 Registration Procedure

欲報名參加「2026 TPBL新人選秀會」者，請下載選秀會報名表，並詳實填寫；連同以下相關證明文件以電子郵件寄送至 [email protected]：
Candidates wishing to participate in the 2026 TPBL Draft shall download and fully complete the official application form, then submit it along with the following required documents via email to [email protected]:

1. 「中華民國身分證正反面」影本或「中華民國護照」影本（護照請提供個人資料頁）
   A photocopy of both sides of the R.O.C. National Identification Card, or a photocopy of the R.O.C. Passport (the personal data page must be included);
2. 指導教練之推薦函（若有）
   A letter of recommendation from the player's head coach (if applicable).

來信標題為【2026_TPBL新人選秀會報名_（報名者姓名）】，報名受理將於一個工作日內回覆。
The email subject line must read: [2026_TPBL Draft Application_(Applicant's Full Name)]. Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within one business day.

選秀會報名表於2026年6月22日（一）12：00 開放下載。
The application form will be available for download from 12:00 noon on Monday, 22 June 2026.

07報名日期 Application Period

2026年6月22日（一）中午 12：00開始至2026年6月29日（一）中午 12：00 截止
Applications will be accepted from 12:00 noon on Monday, 22 June 2026 until 12:00 noon on Monday, 29 June 2026.

08選秀方式 Draft Format

各球團依選秀順序依序選拔球員，待所有球團選拔完畢或放棄選秀權後，即進入下一輪選秀；凡於該輪放棄選秀權之球團，不得於下一輪再進行選秀。當所有球團皆放棄選秀權，即結束本次選秀會。
Each team shall select players in turn according to the designated draft order. Once all teams have either made their selections or passed on their pick within a given round, the Draft proceeds to the next round. A team that passes its pick in any given round shall not be permitted to make a selection in the subsequent round. The Draft concludes when all teams have passed on their pick in a round.

09選秀球員與球團之義務 Obligations of Draft Prospects and Member Teams

參照TPBL賽務規章第三章 第四條。
Refer to Chapter 3, Article 4 of the TPBL Rule Book.

※凡完成報名選秀者，選秀會前一週不得臨時退出，違者禁止下年度選秀報名。
Any player who has completed their application may not withdraw within one week prior to the Draft. Violation of this provision shall result in the player being barred from applying for the following year's Draft.

※提交選秀會報名表即代表同意台灣職業籃球大聯盟選秀會之相關辦法，並同意所提供之個人資訊、圖檔及個人肖像權，使用於「2026 TPBL新人選秀會」。
Submission of the application form constitutes the player's unconditional acceptance of all regulations governing the TPBL Draft, as well as consent to the use of the player's personal information, photographs, and image rights for the purposes of the 2026 TPBL Draft.

※本聯盟保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消之權利，若有相關異動將會公告於本聯盟官方網站，恕不另行通知。
The League reserves the right to amend, modify, interpret, or cancel these Regulations at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be announced on the League's official website without separate prior notice.
